Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Clean Maid Service's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Simply Clean Maid Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
